As the market of curtain wall industry matures, the unit price of curtain wall is becoming more and more low, then how to do the cost control and strive for the maximum profit under the condition of low price has been the subject that every curtain wall company focuses on currently. 

When the design has achieved its highest economic feasibility, the major work is to make a purchase plan scientifically and correctly. Because of the variety of the vertical face of curtain wall, the width of Main Channel and UTrack is also various. And due to the high linear density of the Main Channel, the length is based on the required quantity. As for the Utrack and other glass frame, short ones of the construction materials should be bridged to form a long one in order to facilitate the machining. If it is the stretch bending profile, the length should be restricted within 6m in the general conditions on account of the processing range of the stretch bending machine. 

Considered from the production scheduling of supplier aluminum and the material transportation of curtain wall companies, aluminum profiles should be produced and transported in batches. Therefore, the purchase plan should avoid the orders with less models and small quantity. When the aluminum profiles are being processed, the material dimension in practice will sometimes be inconsistent with the plan due to the practical situation in construction, the high utilization percentage of the material should be also achieved.
