On August 20, 2025, Xingfa Aluminium held a formal Green Belt Award Ceremony to officially confer green belts and certificates upon key employees who successfully passed the certification evaluation on June 23. The event featured an offline main venue at the Xingfa Aluminium headquarters, with other branch companies participating simultaneously online. Twelve lean champions from various positions were awarded their Green Belt ribbons, and Mr. Liu Yuntang, executive leader in charge of lean projects, attended the ceremony to award the ribbons and certificates.

The ceremony was both concise and solemn, serving as an official affirmation of the achievements from the June Green Belt certification and marking a new beginning for these lean champions to fully integrate into Xingfa Aluminium’s lean management system as key contributors. Executive leader Mr. Liu Yuntang congratulated the certified colleagues and highly praised the professional capabilities and practical results they demonstrated in improvement projects.

He stated, “Green Belt certification is an important milestone in one’s lean journey, but even more so, a new starting point. We hope that everyone will take this as a foundation to further deepen their lean expertise, guide team progress, and actively strive toward Black Belt certification.” He encouraged all Green Belts not only to continuously improve themselves but also to take the initiative in leading more colleagues to participate in improvement projects, solidly applying lean methods and tools in daily work to enhance the company’s overall operational level.

He emphasized that lean management is a crucial pathway for Xingfa Aluminium to achieve high-quality development, with talent cultivation being the most central part of this effort. The company will continue to advance Green Belt certification work, accelerating the development of a professional and tiered talent system.
