Prouct and service commitment

(1) If any quality problems occurs within the guarantee period, Xingfa shall provide on-site service after receive the buyer’s notice in 24 hrs.

(2) If any big quality problems occurs , Xingfa will send maintenance technician to provide visiting service

(3)If there is any damaged by our company for the supplied material quality factors, will give free replacement

(4)After the contract, we promise will continue to provide relevant technical services to users, at any time to solve the user inquiries

(5)If win the bid, the pledge will become an integral part of the contract, with the contract have equal legal effect
