Recently, the Second Lean Value-Creation Bootcamp of Guangxin Holdings Group concluded successfully. Xingfa Aluminium delivered an outstanding performance in this camp, carrying out a total of 10 Improvement Week Projects, with an estimated annual efficiency gain of over 10 million RMB. Among these, the "Improvement of Theoretical Weight for Curtain Wall Materials" project from the Precision Branch won the second prize in the Group’s Excellent Improvement Week awards, and the "1800T Single-Machine Capacity Enhancement" project from the Sanshui Branch won the third prize. This fully demonstrates Xingfa Aluminium's solid foundation and team vitality in lean efficiency creation and continuous improvement.

Key Breakthroughs Achieved by the Two Award-Winning Projects:

"Improvement of Theoretical Weight for Curtain Wall Materials" project, through optimizing mold design processes and establishing a trial production feedback mechanism, effectively improved the dimensional accuracy and material utilization efficiency of curtain wall materials.

The “1800T Single-Machine Capacity Enhancement” project implemented systematic improvements in areas such as aluminum billet quality, mold optimization, and extrusion processes, which effectively increased the daily output per machine and improved equipment utilization as well as production stability.

During this training camp, 6 key members from Xingfa Aluminium obtained the Group's Lean Green Belt certification, and 32 individuals were selected for the "Green Belt Golden Seeds" development list, reserving key talent for the company's future advancement of lean management.
