Once completed, this project will be the tallest building and a landmark in Eastern Indonesia. The Tsingshan Building is a major project for Tsingshan Group to promote high-quality development of the Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park. The main design of the building is reinforced concrete frame—a core tube structure. With 22 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, the total construction area is 40,834.36 square meters. The building stands proudly in Eastern Indonesia and becomes the tallest building in the local area. More than just a modern office, it also serves as a powerful driving source for Tsingshan Group to promote the high-quality development of the Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park. The curtain wall of this project was constructed by Baoye, while Xingfa Aluminium supplied the aluminum profiles.
It is reported that the Weda Bay Industrial Park is the first industrial zone dedicated to developing mineral resources and processing raw materials for electric vehicle batteries in Indonesia. The park is invested and constructed by Tsingshan Holding Group Co., Ltd., a renowned enterprise in Wenzhou and a leading company in China’s stainless steel industry. Upon completion, the “Tsingshan Building”, as a landmark building, will significantly enhance the image of the industrial park.
